A building could be constructed very quickly for disaster relief. A large building could be constructed with minimal infrastructure on an existing slab. An abandon neighborhood or regional shopping mall that has completed its life cycle would be a perfect location. Stack containers on the existing concrete slab. Connect the building to the existing utility infrastructure.
