V Implications
II Interoperability
DA Rail Cars standardized corner casing are inter-operable with standard shipping containers or existing rail car infrastructure. DA Rail Cars are designed with nailer that are inter-operable with conventional framing.
Integrated nailers are designed to avoid penetrations of steal structure after factory anoxization. Penetrations post anodization compromises the finish integrity catalyzing corrosion.
Shear Floors and Walls
Shear walls provide structural support. They can clad conventionally or unconventionality rail cars are compatible with unorthodox self sporting mass walls provide insulation.
Infill Walls
Infill walls constructed as conventional non load bearing walls. Designer is free of penetrators.
Virtual Arrangements
Rail cars can be attached vertical with integrated corner castings.
Horizontal Arrangements
Rail Cars can be arranged horizontally with sub flooring spanning rail cars. Bolts fastened between structure can be integrated for additional strength.
Foundation
Rail Cars can be built on pilion foundations. Small Rail Car Structures can be constructed on Gravle Pads.
I Modular Game
The creator is free in their arrangement of interior partition placement. The creator is free in placement and scale of penetrations of exterior infill walls. The creator is free in their choice of wall cladding and infill. The robust structure permits roof gardens. The building is built on pillions attached to corner castings that can be elevated above the ground plain.

III Scalability
Dev’s Adventure Rail Cars intends to replace concrete construction with recyclable steel rail cars. Rail cars permit similar design freedom within the modular game as concrete in large buildings. Modulars can be designed for large building very heavy loads. Process is hypothetically infinitely scalabul. Large scale production would make small configurations affordable to the general market.
IV Thing to Thing
with trash ect.
DA Rail Cars don’t require down cycling. Once the building has for-filed it’s intended use the conventional framing can be removed, re purposed, recycled or discarded. The modules can be re purposed and deployed in a new building. Regardless of post liquidation use the rail car will maintain the commodity value of the steal.
DA Rail Cars can be formed from recycled steel then the cars can be recycled into new steel products. There is significant carbon cost of recycling and transpiration. Yet vast quantity of steal have already been harvested from the earth and are available to recycling.
Earthen or mass wall structure require an independent structure to support the roof and pass building code. Locally harvested timber could provide the structure; however, timber is typically imported. Rail cars are an ideal solution for earth wall structures because of their strength, adaptability and transportability. The developer does not need to relay on specialty contractors. The anodized steel finish provides a robust weather and snake bearer.
Trash Ect. is very significant because an earthen wall could be constructed out of anything including but not limited to trash, straw, mudbricks, bags of beans, or cord wood.
V Bones Without Flesh
DA Rail Cars are structural modulars that require flesh in cladding, insulation and finishes. The base modular is a multiplayer for the individual expression of the creator. DA Rail Cars are designs to be conceded by cladding and interior finish. The adjacent detail displays a conventional concealed cladding.
The exterior nailer permit continuous insulation exterior of the shear wall acting as a moister barrier.
DA Rail Cars aspiration is to multiply the advantages of modernist modular constriction with and the American arts and crafts movement. DA Rail Cars values the flesh above the bones.
